Camp Logan

If I could live anywhere in Houston, it would be Camp Logan. It’s like you’ve found a secret garden that still hasn’t been found by the rest of city. What I love most is how you can bee-bop out your front door and be at Memorial Park in a 3-7min walk. If you walk in the opposite direction from Memorial Park the same 3-7min, you’ll find yourself at Canyon Creek – the home of the best nachos in Houston. Yep, I said it.. The BEST nachos in Houston, and you can take that to the bank, folks. Close by is also a Starbucks that is flippin insanely busy 24/7 and Memorial Trail Icehouse (similar feel to Kirby Icehouse, but much closer and less crowded on a regular basis)

What to keep in mind when buying here:

1. Stucco? Please please have it inspected! 
2. Lot lines? Townhomes here are beautiful, but some are pretty tightly packed in there. Make sure your neighbor’s fence isn’t on your property line, or vice versa!
