The daughter of an immigrant, a long standing member of the Houston Junior League and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, a self proclaimed food & wine snob, an antiques enthusiast, a Memorial Park lover, and 10 years of Houston residential real estate experience: Mariam is Houston embodied in a Realtor.
Drawing on the last decade of experience and several economic cycles, from multi-level modern townhomes to pre-existing and new construction (and everything in between), she has a dynamic combination of emotional intelligence and finesse, coupled with grit and expertise to help you successfully navigate the Houston market. She is there for you from contract to close and beyond, whether buying or selling for the first or the fifteenth time.
Mariam is a third generation native Houstonian, consistently ranks in the top 10% of her office of 700+ agents, has been named one of Houston Association of Realtors top 20 under 40, was voted Houston Chronicle’s Best of Best Realtor 2021, and currently serves on HAR’s Young Professionals Board.
She attended Texas A&M University – Kingsville where she earned a degree in Biology with a minor in both Plants and Ecology. In her previous life before real estate, she taught ninth grade AP Biology for three years.
Some of her favorite things include early morning Lagree Pilates, the perfect cup of coffee or espresso, reading, watching documentaries, caring for her fish tank, everything antiques, a well made mezcal margarita, rooftop sunsets, solo travel & hiking, and a good music festival.
