Crestwood, Crestwood Acres, Glen Cove

Crestwood & Glencove, just below Camp Logan with much, much bigger lot sizes and a result, much larger houses (if new construction). Being developed between WWI & WWII, original houses are absolutely micro and some are without garages. Around the same time The Heights started to change, so did Crestwood. Most of the neighborhood has been completely redone and now consists almost solely of ~4500sqft+ newer construction homes that have kind of a patio-home feel since the new houses take up almost the entire lot.
